You can report problems with an order through our Mushforest Help Center.
- Register (or Log in if you already have an account) into your Mushforest Help Center account
- Click Submit a ticket on the top bar
- Enter your information and describe how can we help you
- You can attach a picture(s) to help speed up the process
- Click Submit
Be aware that Mushforest may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
