How do I report a problem with my order?

You can report problems with an order through our Mushforest Help Center.

  1. Register (or Log in if you already have an account) into your Mushforest Help Center account 
  2. Click Submit a ticket on the top bar
  3. Enter your information and describe how can we help you 
  4. You can attach a picture(s) to help speed up the process
  5. Click Submit



Be aware that Mushforest may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
